Shipping & Returns

Shipping Methods

Please allow 3-5 days for orders to ship out from our warehouse. Our free ground shipping option (for US orders over $75 before tax, after discount code "freeship75" is applied) is USPS priority mail, which normally takes 2-5 days for delivery.

Delivery dates are not guaranteed, except for Priority Mail Express, which is guaranteed to be delivered within 1 to 2 days of shipping from our warehouse. Priority Mail 2 day is estimated to be delivered within 2-5 days of shipping from our warehouse. We are not liable if you do not receive your package on the delivery date. USPS is responsible for all delivery dates (including Priority Mail Express).

Tracking for your order is emailed to you once your order is shipped out. Please contact customer service with any questions regarding the status of your order.

We are not responsible for return shipping or lost returns, or lost/stolen packages. Please contact USPS with any questions regarding a package shown as “delivered” on tracking.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Need To Make A Return? We’re here to help! We hope that you love everything you purchase at The High Line Boutique, but if not, please follow the guidelines below! Contact hello@thehighlineboutique.com with any questions!

Orders can only be cancelled if it has not already been fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse. If you are unsure if your items have been shipped, please contact our customer service department to see if it is not too late to cancel. If the order cannot be cancelled, you are able to return the order for a full refund (less shipping cost) when the package is postmarked within 14 days of your order date.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

Original tags must be attached for returns. Damaged, worn, or washed items will not be accepted for return. 

Returns for full refunds (less shipping costs) must be postmarked within 14 days of order date. Returns for store credit (less shipping costs) must be postmarked within 15 - 30 days of order date.

Contact our customer service department for any questions regarding size or color exchanges. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in the event of a return or exchange. All shipping fees are non-refundable.

How To Make A Return

Ensure that your items meet the guidelines in the return policy.

Include the original order slip should be included in your package in with your return. If you do not have the slip that came with your order, please type the name and address you placed the order under on a slip of paper and include that in with your return.

Mail the return to the address on the slip included with your order. The address is:
